As a kite, I fly against not with the wind. As squared clay, I enter a kiln and exit a tile. As a garuda, I spread my wings and send my love into the universe. As a dreamer, I keep my innocence alive, believing: Change is possible.
Sonia FL Leung, a Hong Kong-based writer, is the author of Don’t Cry, Phoenix (2020), a bilingual (English and Chinese) poetry collection with an album of ten original songs. Sonia holds an MFA in Creative Nonfiction.
